 Today I weighed in at 249.5 So I lost 0.7 lbs this week, even with thanksgiving!  I am down 5.3 lbs total.  My Goal is to get down to 244.8 by January.  
 I weighed in at 250.0 today, even after celebrating the Thanksgiving holiday, I am down 0.2 lbs.  I accredit this success to eating what I enjoyed on Thanksgiving and not being super strict with myself.  This helped me to not binge.  I also chose not to eat when I didn't want to, for example my mom was having apple pie for breakfast on Friday but I chose not to, I had a smoothie instead.  Hopefully by next week I will be down below 250 :)

  Made another Fritatta today.  So low in points on the blue plan for weight watchers! At my weigh-in after Napa on Oct 26 I was 254.8.  Yesterday, I weighed in at 250.2  So I am down 4.6 pounds in 4 weeks!  I feel so happy about it :)  My goal was to get down 10 pounds by January, and I have some time left to get there.  I plan on enjoying Thanksgiving, but eating lightly the other days of the week.  Or filling up on zero point foods.

 Hi!   as you can see I've been doing great on my steps, getting over 10,000 every day.   I am doing pretty good with staying in the blue dot healthy eating zone for ww, my goal has been to get 6 days a week.  I have been getting 5-6 days per week, which is pretty good I think.  I think there is some room for improvement with the blue dots.  I would like to see 6-7 days of blue dots in the future.   I have been eating pretty healthy and exercising but I'm not seeing results on the scale.  I think it's because I have been eating really salty food the last few days and I'm experiencing some fluid retention.  It's frustrating, but I'm not going to let it get me down.   Today I started out with a healthy fruit protein smoothie, and I plan to go for a gentle walk this morning.  I will also do some yoga and then later I'm getting a covid test.  

Monday at work

 So yesterday I had a smoothie for breakfast. Then I bought tomatoes, chard, avocados, celery, onion, thyme, hummus, pears, and cucumber. I went to Chris' house and made chicken soup with him.  Today, I made a smoothie with fruit and yogurt.  Then I ate avocado, tomatoe, and rice crackers for lunch. That's all I had leftover from last night.  For dinner I made this huge salad with blue cheese dressing.  I had a small amount of croissant, some chocolate, and hot chocolate with whip cream.  Just relieved to feel less constipated. 
So, we talked about sleeping right and eating right today. I feel like I could do something between 8PM and 10PM. But going outside is not an option.  I think I work up around 2 PM. I went in the house by 3:33 PM.  My mother was making the leek soup and french in the bread maker so I got excited. I microwaved thai coconut soup but my stomach started hurting.  I drank some green juice.  My stomach really hurt for a while.  Then mom made coleslaw really good! The crab cakes came out of the oven. Really good. Then I was way too full I could barely move.  I had leek soup and two pieces of bread with butter.  And then I was constipated for an entire hour. It was hell.  Now, I think I'm going to drink juice water and soup for two days. I have been constipated like this for a week now.

 I weighed in at 251.1 this morning.  On my last ww weigh in on Monday I weighed 251.7 So I am down 0.6 pounds.  My goal is to lose 0.5-1 pounds per week so I am right on track with my goals.  I want to lose slowly because I think I am more likely to keep it off that way.  As long as I am losing I am happy.   And it's better than seeing the scale going up!   I made a super healthy veggie frittata, which is my new obsession, and it had 12 eggs in it (eggs are zero points on ww) and a ton of chopped sauteed zucchini and some sauteed onion too.  I put some feta cheese on top and also an entire bunch of green onions, chopped.  It's really good!  To me, it tastes as good as quiche and it's much easier to make and way healthier.  The nutritionist I talked to recommended I try frittatas and it's great. I am over the moon to see my weight going down the last 3 weeks.  I feel great!  and my mom even mentioned today that my face looks slimmer and I look like I have lost weight.

 Hoping to be down by 0.5 pounds or more at my weigh-in on Monday.  I weighed in at 251.7 on Monday, which was down 0.7 from my last weigh-in last Monday at 252.4.   I have been snacking on vegetables with nonfat greek yogurt in the afternoons.  I have been getting 10,000 steps minimum each day. I am eating a smoothie every morning with fruit and protein powder.  My goal is to stay in the "healthy eating zone" in ww 6 days a week.  I feel like if I can meet that goal then I will lose weight.  
 I weighed in this morning at 250.6  I am 4.2 down from my weight after Napa.  My goal is to lose 10 lbs by January.  I think I'll get there!  I'm starting work this week so I'll be working a little later at night and it might be more difficult to do my walking in the mornings, but I'm gonna try to do yoga and rowing, and walk when I can.

  I weighed in at 251.7 today.  I am down 3.1 pounds since my trip to Napa.  My goal is to lose 10 pounds by January.  I am down 34.1 lbs from my highest total weight which was 285.8   I got 10,000 steps every day this week except Monday, which is when I do my weight watchers meeting in the morning, but this Monday I have a walk planned with a friend we're starting early (7:30) so we should be able to get done by 9:30 when I have my meeting.  And on Monday I did lots of rowing machine and Yoga. This weekend I am trying to eat lightly because I have weigh in on Monday.  I'm going into it in a good place, because I am already down 0.7 pounds from my last weekly weigh-in on Monday.  Monday is my weigh-in day.  So I just need to maintain until Monday.  Which means drinking a lot of water, eating lots of fruit and especially veggies, and getting good sleep.  And continuing to get my 10,000 steps.  I just ordered some waterproof shoes and I already have a rain jacket so I will contin

       This morning I weighed 251.9 pounds.  Which actually isn't too bad because on Monday, Oct 26th I weighed 254.8.  So I have lost 2.9 lbs.  It was more yesterday but I gained back a little bit.  I am doing the weight watchers program, so I have a specific amount of points I can eat, and some foods that are "free" in that they don't have points.  Also, I am trying to exercise a lot so I did about 10,600 steps this morning.       I am worried about starting work in that it might be harder to continue to lose weight while working.  Hopefully I can keep it up.  I am doing better with my binge eating.  I have been going to therapy for about a year for that, and it has improved a lot.  I'm doing meditation too.  I feel like my life is a lot better since my breakup with Florean, I'm a lot happier.  I want to meet a new guy, somebody stable and kind, but I think it will be easier to connect with a guy like that if I have my physical health under control, at least
