Monday at work

 So yesterday I had a smoothie for breakfast.

Then I bought tomatoes, chard, avocados, celery, onion, thyme, hummus, pears, and cucumber. I went to Chris' house and made chicken soup with him. 

Today, I made a smoothie with fruit and yogurt. 

Then I ate avocado, tomatoe, and rice crackers for lunch. That's all I had leftover from last night. 

For dinner I made this huge salad with blue cheese dressing. 

I had a small amount of croissant, some chocolate, and hot chocolate with whip cream. 

Just relieved to feel less constipated.

  1. Hi Jil! :) I'm glad you are doing better. Sounds super healthy, and a healthy chicken soup, which is such a comforting, healthy thing to eat during rainy weather.
