So, we talked about sleeping right and eating right today.
I feel like I could do something between 8PM and 10PM. But going outside is not an option.
I think I work up around 2 PM. I went in the house by 3:33 PM.
My mother was making the leek soup and french in the bread maker so I got excited.
I microwaved thai coconut soup but my stomach started hurting.
I drank some green juice.
My stomach really hurt for a while.
Then mom made coleslaw really good!
The crab cakes came out of the oven. Really good. Then I was way too full I could barely move.
I had leek soup and two pieces of bread with butter.
And then I was constipated for an entire hour. It was hell.
Now, I think I'm going to drink juice water and soup for two days. I have been constipated like this for a week now.
