 Hi!  


as you can see I've been doing great on my steps, getting over 10,000 every day.  

I am doing pretty good with staying in the blue dot healthy eating zone for ww, my goal has been to get 6 days a week.  I have been getting 5-6 days per week, which is pretty good I think.  I think there is some room for improvement with the blue dots.  I would like to see 6-7 days of blue dots in the future.  

I have been eating pretty healthy and exercising but I'm not seeing results on the scale.  I think it's because I have been eating really salty food the last few days and I'm experiencing some fluid retention.  It's frustrating, but I'm not going to let it get me down.  

Today I started out with a healthy fruit protein smoothie, and I plan to go for a gentle walk this morning.  I will also do some yoga and then later I'm getting a covid test.
