Hoping to be down by 0.5 pounds or more at my weigh-in on Monday. I weighed in at 251.7 on Monday, which was down 0.7 from my last weigh-in last Monday at 252.4. I have been snacking on vegetables with nonfat greek yogurt in the afternoons. I have been getting 10,000 steps minimum each day.
I am eating a smoothie every morning with fruit and protein powder. My goal is to stay in the "healthy eating zone" in ww 6 days a week. I feel like if I can meet that goal then I will lose weight.
