weighed in at 244 lbs today.  I am down 11 lbs since late october!!  My goal was to lose 10 pounds by mid-january and i did it!! YAY!  I was 255 on Oct. 26.  So I feel really good to be down those 10 pounds.  


I started drinking Premier Protein, and I have been walking 10,000 steps every morning.
