My weight was up a tad this morning, definitely not happy to see that but honestly I'm not surprised.  There's been carrot cake in the freezer for a week and my mom made 3 different kinds of christmas cookies.  a LOT of temptations.   I tasted things, but didn't binge, which I feel good about.  The cake and cookies are out of the freezer now, given away to friends and some of them (which didn't turn out quite right) just tossed in the trash.  


I've been eating lots of fiber veggies fruit and lean protein.  I tracked my weight as a maintenance this week, because overall it mostly stayed the same, although a bit up today (maybe like 1/2 a pound up)  i'm hoping i can still see a loss by Monday now that all the sweets are out of the house!
