I weighed in a 248.2 today so I am down 6.7 pounds since my napa weight. I only have 3.3 left to go ! :D
I have been walking 10,000 steps every morning and tracking my points in the ww app. I've had people cancel on me for morning walks 3 days in a row, but I walked by myself each day. Then a 1.3 pound drop this morning so that was awesome.
My highest weight in 2016 was 285.8 and now I'm at 248.2 so overall I've lost 37.6 pounds, and that was all with weight watchers.
I love ww because no food is off limits and you can cook your own food so it's a more sustainable program.
Once I reach my 10 pound loss goal, which is 244.9, then my next mini-goal is to get to 239.
It's so much easier with friends supporting you along the way! :)
This is a fritatta I made. I put a cup of cooked white rice in the whole thing, and 16 eggs, and a ton of cooked zucchini and onion. i put one chopped chicken apple sausage, a little grated cheddar cheese, and some sliced heirloom tomato on top. it was really good and very satiating. it kept well in the fridge and i think it would freeze well too. oh, also green onions on top! I plan to make it again.
I would totally eat that. But I also hate eating the same thing each day lol. I guess I'm too picky.
ReplyDeleteI tend to fall into a rut with my eating and just eat the same thing over and over again if it's working for me to lose weight. At least for lunches.
