Down 9 pounds

 


This is a photo of me on my trip to Napa in late October on the left, and a photo of me this week on the right.  I am down 9 lbs and feeling so much better!  I think when I saw these photos from Napa it was sort of a wake-up call.  

I've been eating a lot of Frittata for lunches (made with veggies, rice, and eggs).  It's great because I can make a ton ahead of time and just eat as needed.  

I have been eating a lot of fruit, mostly persimmons but also frozen bananas and strawberries in my morning smoothies.
