     I weighed in at 246.4 this morning.  I am down 0.2 lbs from my weigh-in last Monday for weight watchers, and still down 8.6 lbs from 2 months ago, which I count as a win.  


    I think what's been working for me is regularly weighing myself, and walking 10,000 steps every morning, also eating more vegetables and lean proteins, and fruits.  


    I started doing online dating again, which tends to drive me a little crazy.  I'm doing my best with that.  And I've been spending a lot of time with my cat.  


    Things overall are going really well.  I'm really happy.  It feels great to have lost some weight and feel some sense of control over myself.
